Diesel Engine: spares/service/repair

Dalwin Group has expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting and performance monitoring of all 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines.

Our highly skilled personnel are engineers and technicians with sea going experience; trained at the maker’s yard for quick troubleshooting and problem solving.

• We take up jobs like crankshaft grinding, liner boring on all major engines whether it M/E or A/E.
• Our engineers are just a phone call away to travel anywhere in the world to attend the vessel.
• We can offer new as well as reconditioned spares with warranty period.
• Complete overhaul and renewal of parts of fuel injection equipments. Adjustment of fuel timing of major engine makers.
• Replacement of main bearing/crankpin bearing/small end bearings/ camshaft bearing/thrust bearing/intermediate bearing of main propeller shaft.
• Measurement of all bearing clearances as per maker’s data and deliver condition report.
• Overhaul of starting air valves, main starting airline v/v, indicatorv/vs, pressure and temperature control valves etc.
• Onboard overhauling of Hydraulic jack and Hydraulic pumps.
• We supply spares for main and auxiliary engines as well as a wide variety of ancillary equipment on the engine and across the engine room.
• We can supply spares and have access to hundreds of world’s renowned engine manufacturer such as MAN B & W, MITSUI, WARTSILA, YANMAR, DAIHATSU, MITSUBISHI and etc.

Separator : spares/service

• Our service engineer can fly anywhere in the world to inspect and repair the Governor especially of Woodward type.
• We do have all the facility like test bed to measure and adjust the specification.
• We can supply spares on exchange basis whether it is new or reconditioned with warranty.
• We can supply spare parts for PSG, UG-8 and UG-10, UG-40 Governor.

Air starter: Spares

• An air-start system is a power source used to provide the initial rotation to start large diesel and gas turbine engines.
• We can supply spares for GALI Air Starter.
